Southern Vulcanizing was established on 31st of March 1993 and it consists of 2 partners; Andrew Smith & Tony Carter. Both partners have been involved in conveyor belt vulcanizing and conveyor maintenance for 20 years each.
Since the beginning we have steadily grown to become, we believe, the leading conveyor maintenance and supply company in the South of England.
We presently have a total of 6 service crews offering a true full 24hr site service, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year if needed.

We have now established our services with many major companies including Hanson Group, Day Group, Tilbury Power Station, Tarmac, Cemex UK Ltd, Blue Circle Industries, Lafarge Aggregates etc.
The company are proud of its record of providing a high quality fast response service for the repair of industrial conveyor belts and for the maintenance of same to agreed delivery schedules. In addition it also stocks and retails fasteners and lacing components along with the installation tools for same.
We have a vast range of conveyor belt scrapers, skirt systems and all conveyor components.
